Yes, ETS train tickets can be purchased online via the official KTMB booking website. To purchase ETS train tickets online, select the departure date and destination, book your seat, and make payment online.
Visit the official ETS booking website (https://online.ktmb.com.my/), select origin and destination, select departure and return date, select number of pax and click the search button.
Cancellation of ticket must be submitted to ETS/Intercity ticket counter at least two (2) hours before departure time. Customer must produce a valid printed ticket or ticket ID or ticket reference and together with their IC/passport.
ETS Platinum takes a slightly shorter time compared to ETS Gold because they have lesser stops compared to ETS Gold. You will also get complimentary snacks served on board with ETS Platinum ticket.

ETS Silver ticket type is only available for ETS train travelling between Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh route. ETS Silver cost the cheapest compared to ETS Platinum route and ETS Gold route but it takes slightly longer time.
