KTMB’s refund amount depends on how early you cancel. Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure are generally eligible for a 75% refund, while cancellations between 2 and 72 hours before departure are generally eligible for a 50% refund. Tickets cancelled less than 2 hours before departure are not refundable.
